Midland Park is a borough in Bergen County. Midland County was incorporated into New Jersey in 1894 at the height of so called “Boroughitis” in Bergen County. This led to the creation of over two dozen new municipalities in the county in that one year alone. Midland Park was named for the Midland Railroad which ran through the borough in the 1870s. The city also prides itself on being the hometown of Johnny VanderMeer, the only professional baseball player to throw two no-hitters in a row.

Wyckoff Midland Park Rotary – The Wyckoff Midland Park Rotary is a chapter of Rotary international. This chapter brings together both the townships of Wyckoff and Midland Park.
